Our goal is to be an attractive hotel for guests employees that is up-to-date in all areas. We are mindful of community as our central value to promote positive, friendly human interaction. We don’t want to exclude anyone, we value people and nature, and act sustainably.
The circle is the central design element. The circles and the word KOOS are hand-drawn and symbolize our individual character, while the lower line is clear and modern. Thus, the logo reflects our two sides. The inner circle represents our internal team and the outer one our guests. The circles are open because new people are always welcome. Together, however, the circles are also closed to emphasize our cohesion.
Our story began in 1999 with a small lamp shop. In 2008, the Reich family transformed the house into a hotel with 25 rooms – the starting point for our journey into the hotel industry. In 2011, another house was added, and in 2012, the City Aparthotel Munich with 95 rooms and apartments was created. The Corona period became an opportunity: In workshops, we developed a new brand concept and set the course for the future.

2021 was a milestone: Our new chapter began with the new lobby and Bowl Restaurant. Since then, we have modernized room by room – for a holistic guest experience.
