Sustainability implementation is not always easy, and we certainly have room for improvement, but here are the projects we have implemented so far:

KOOS Hotel München Klimaneutrales Unternehmen

We place great importance on energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. In 2022, we installed a combined heat and power (CHP) plant to efficiently generate heat and electricity. Additionally, in 2023, we put a photovoltaic system into operation to cover a portion of our energy needs with solar power.

  • Water consumption – please do not let the water run unnecessarily.

  • The energy – open the windows instead of turning on the air conditioning.

  • Avoid unnecessary printing – for example, you will receive your booking confirmation/invoice by email, and you can also fill out the registration form on your mobile phone in advance.

  • Separate your waste – in our rooms, there are appropriately labeled bins for paper, organic waste, and residual waste available.

  • Even better, avoid waste! You can receive one of our shopping bags at the reception, which you can use for shopping.

  • Offset your CO2 requirements directly with your booking or plant a tree with us.
